Your Responisbilities:

• You will work in production planning and preparation, as well as in the warehouse and packaging department, operating in a two-shift system (early and late shifts).
• Support workforce planning for the packaging department, including onboarding and training of employees.
• Ensure the timely provision of finished goods from the warehouse for shipment, including loading and unloading trucks.
• Support production through efficient and on-time work preparation.
• Organize and operate the in-house grinding facility for the production of regranulate, including maintenance of the equipment when required.
• Assist with inventory counts.
• Participate in quality control activities within the warehouse and packaging areas.

Your profile:

• Completed vocational training (preferably in logistics/warehouse operations or another technical field).
• Experience in warehouse and packaging operations is desirable, ideally within the plastics processing industry; career changers are welcome to apply.
• A forklift license and extensive forklift operating experience would be advantageous; training can be provided by us if required.
• Experience working with machinery and equipment (e.g., packaging machines, grinders, cutting machines) would be beneficial.

Your tasks:

• organization and structuring of work processes in the storage and packaging area in compliance with all occupational safety regulations in a 2-shift system

Training Contents:

Machine and plant operators prepare work processes and commission machines and systems. They monitor the production process, conduct regular production and quality controls, and perform machine inspections and maintenance work. During your training at RHR Profiltechnik GmbH, you will become familiar with all areas of production, and additionally, you will be involved in maintenance and repair work. You will learn how machines and systems are set up, operated, maintained, and converted. In addition, you will learn various testing procedures in our in-house laboratory, and you will be trained in all areas of material flow and the expert handling of valuables and residual materials.

Training Duration: 2 years
